The services we provide are customised to your market-entry requirements, which we discuss with you during an initial no-cost consultation.
– Would you like to set up your own registered company in Australia, buy or lease your own facilities like retail outlets, warehouses, factories and /or employ your own staff etc
– Would you like to find suitable and trustworthy agents, distributors or retailers?
– How would you like to manage stock, inventory and shipments? One or more Australian stores or ship your products directly from the UK?
Businesses looking to export to Australia often have lots of questions and whilst Australia is very similar to the UK in many ways, there are some critical differences. The biggest, of course, is the geographical scale. Australia is MASSIVE compared to the UK, but has a population less than half the size. Most people live in big cities that are hours apart. Hours by flight, not road. Some are days apart by road, and there is not much in between.
So, should UK businesses try to service all of Australia straight away, or focus on one of the really big cities like Melbourne or Sydney, which each have populations of over 5 million? If so, which city?

The cost of paid services depends on the nature of the work we do for you
We offer fixed fees for business and trade mark registrations, etc.
We charge £600 (about $1,200) to register a business, which includes Government ASIC fees. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has a similar role to Companies House in the UK.
We charge hourly consulting rates and/or commission fees for other work to keep costs to a minimum and save our customers on upfront costs.
Whatever is mutually beneficial. We will always be transparent about our charges.
An important note: we do not purchase stock. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a technology business based in Manchester. We signed an exclusive agreement with them and purchased a substantial amount of stock. They engaged other businesses in Australia to sell their products in competition with us. We had no option but to take legal action in the UK, which was resolved in our favour. Once bitten, twice shy.
